The Role Join a well-coordinated care team supporting long-term NDIS participants who require young and friendly female support workers to assist in person-centred care. You’ll provide a mix of: Community access support Emotional support and companionship Personal care Domestic assistance and community access Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role, we are seeking applications from female support workers. You’ll be great in this role if you are/have Empathetic, energetic and comfortable supporting an active lifestyle.
