Anila Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator position located in Upper North Shore, close to the Central Coast border. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established 90-place service within a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation that offers strong internal support and career progression pathways. This role would suit a confident and experienced OSHC leader who can step into a service, take ownership, and build a strong team culture while maintaining compliance and high-quality programming. You will initially take on Educational Leader responsibilities, with the opportunity to transition this as the service structure grows. The incoming Coordinator will also benefit from a structured handover with the current Coordinator, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. Role Details: Permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) $45–$50 per hour superannuation Educational Leader allowance of $4,567.31 per annum 15k Salary packaging available Supported leadership structure with nearby services and central teams Structured handover with current Coordinator About the Service: Licensed for 90 school-aged children Average attendance of approximately 75 children in the afternoon Well-supported service within a broader cluster network Positive team environment with opportunity to shape culture Strong school partnership requiring a confident and proactive leader Recently completed Assessment & Rating About You: Experience leading or acting in a leadership role within an OSHC service Strong understanding of compliance and the National Quality Framework Confident managing rosters, operations, and administrative responsibilities Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team Strong communication skills with families, schools, and stakeholders Willingness to take on Educational Leader responsibilities initially Requirements: Valid Working With Children Check CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain) Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Why Join This Organisation?
