Anila Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of an Outside School Hours Care Coordinator position located in Upper North Shore, close to the Central Coast border. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established 90-place service within a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation that offers strong internal support and career progression pathways. This role would suit a confident and experienced OSHC leader who can step into a service, take ownership, and build a strong team culture while maintaining compliance and high-quality programming. You will initially take on Educational Leader responsibilities, with the opportunity to transition this as the service structure grows. The incoming Coordinator will also benefit from a structured handover with the current Coordinator, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
