The Opportunity Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate or do you have an Air Conditioning trade background? This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive, collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to meaningful projects. This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong opportunity to be extended to 9 months based on project requirements and performance. Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Prepare regular reports and analyse project performance, opportunities, and targets Assist with presentations and support engagement with Consulting Engineers, Specifiers, and Mechanical Contractors Contribute to strategic planning and identify new project opportunities Support project negotiations to ensure alignment with company objectives Assist Business Managers with sourcing, quoting, and delivering large-scale projects Coordinate local projects, including scheduling, inventory, and delivery Support the development of training materials, product updates, and technical documentation Maintain relationships with industry bodies and stay informed on market trends Contribute to marketing initiatives across the product portfolio Skills & Experience: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning trade background Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Intermediate computer skills Proactive, positive, and safety-focused mindset Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional, results-driven approach with a strong work ethic How to Apply If you’re ready to launch your career in project support and bring energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
