Long-term stability with a company that has a very healthy project pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Looking after a diverse range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Enjoying a split between office-based contract management and onsite coordination. Managing subcontractor tender packages and conducting thorough scope reviews. Preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements to ensure fair and clear outcomes. Keeping a close eye on finances, including progress claims and project variations. Working closely with Project Managers and trades to ensure smooth project delivery. What You'll Bring: A solid background in contract administration, ideally within fit-out or commercial construction. The ability to work comfortably from a North of the River office. A sharp eye for project budgeting and financial reporting. Great communication skills and a fair approach to negotiating with subcontractors. Confidence in reading and interpreting project plans and technical specs. A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a similar field.
