This newly available role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and enjoys being deeply involved across the end-to-end production process. Key Responsibilities Manage production orders and oversee all production-related system updates and transactions Coordinate timelines across suppliers, factories, pattern makers, and internal teams Conduct garment fittings, document fit comments, and communicate technical changes to manufacturers Track bulk production and delivery schedules against the critical path Maintain accurate costing, production, and delivery information within internal systems Monitor production risks, delays, or quality concerns and escalate where required Collaborate closely with Production and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow execution Build and maintain strong supplier and factory relationships About You Experience in a Production Coordination role within fashion or apparel Strong understanding of garment production, fittings, and factory communication Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple moving priorities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Experience working within PLM or production management systems highly regarded Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and creatively driven business with beautiful product, a supportive culture, and long-term growth potential.
