Grit Talent Consulting is partnering with a leading Australian business on a major customer contact centre transformation program. This is an initial 6-month contract working within a high-performing Business Process Reengineering team focused on uplifting BPM maturity and redesigning customer service processes. Key Responsibilities Lead process analysis and redesign for customer contact centre operations. Develop and maintain process models and architecture in SAP Signavio. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and define future-state processes. Support transformation initiatives involving Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce. Contribute to user stories, impact assessments, testing, and training. Ensure adherence to BPM governance and modelling standards. Required Experience Strong background in business process analysis and continuous improvement. Proven hands-on experience with SAP Signavio. Experience developing process architecture for large transformation programs. Exposure to contact centre or customer service transformation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Desirable Skills Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and workflow automation. Exposure to AI-enabled service transformation initiatives.
