About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our team in a newly created hybrid role. This position blends end-to-end internal recruitment with generalist HR advisory, supporting leaders and teams across the organisation. Working within the NDIS and disability services sector, this role plays a critical part in attracting, supporting and retaining a high-quality workforce to deliver meaningful outcomes for the people we support. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who has built a strong foundation in recruitment or talent acquisition and is now looking to expand their capability into broader HR advisory work. You’ll be supported to develop your skills across employee relations, performance management and HR best practice, while continuing to leverage your recruitment expertise. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles, including frontline and specialist positions Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted attraction strategies Draft and post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers Build talent pipelines in a competitive labour market Support onboarding and induction processes to set employees up for success HR Advisory Provide timely, practical advice to managers on employee relations matters Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations Assist with interpretation and application of policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR practices Support employee engagement and retention initiatives across geographically dispersed teams About You You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional—or an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step—who enjoys balancing recruitment with broader HR responsibilities and is motivated by working in a purpose-driven sector. Experience in internal recruitment and/or talent acquisition, with a desire to grow into a broader HR role Sound knowledge of HR practices and Australian employment legislation, or a willingness to develop in this area Experience or interest in the NDIS, community services or disability sector (highly regarded) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to build trusted relationships across both metro and regional teams Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn and grow Additional Requirements Willingness and ability to travel to regional sites on a regular basis Current driver’s licence National Police Check NDIS Worker Screening clearance Why Join Us?
