This position is NOT open to those on a Working Holiday Visa Job Description: A progressive, family-run cropping enterprise is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Farm Hand to join their team. This role offers a diverse mix of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on truck driving and logistics across grain and fertiliser operations during peak periods, while supporting general farm duties throughout the year. About the Role : Carting grain to local receival sites and on-farm storage; Transporting fertiliser and inputs; Managing daily logistics and delivery coordination; Assisting with seeding and spraying operations; Tractor and machinery operation; General farm duties including machinery and farm maintenance. About You: Experience operating trucks (MC preferred or willingness to obtain); Background in broadacre farming or similar; Mechanically minded with good attention to detail; Able to work independently and within a small team; Strong work ethic and reliable communication.
