We’re now looking for a Support Team Lead to join our team. Your Opportunity As a Support Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of Response and Scheduling Officers to ensure home care services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with client needs. You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly — managing workflows, coordinating coverage and supporting your team to deliver strong outcomes in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will: Lead, coach and support a high‑performing scheduling and response team Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring work is prioritised and completed efficiently Manage team rosters, planned and unplanned leave, and service coverage Monitor KPIs, identify trends and drive performance improvements Support onboarding, training and development of new team members Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and standards Resolve client and stakeholder enquiries with a strong customer‑focused approach Build strong relationships across Care Ops, Support Hub and broader teams What You’ll Bring You’re an organised, solutions‑focused leader who thrives in a high‑volume environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver strong service outcomes. You’ll also bring: Experience leading or supervising teams in customer service, scheduling or operations Experience working in community, aged care or similar environments Strong rostering/scheduling experience (home care highly regarded) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems quickly High attention to detail and confidence using systems and reporting tools Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment Why Anglicare Sydney?
