How you will make contributions that matter Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Systems Coordinator at our Leongatha manufacturing site — a great opportunity to step into a key quality role where you’ll build your systems expertise and make a real impact in a leading food manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining site quality systems and ensuring finished products meet SDA’s quality and compliance standards. Supporting internal and GMP audits, and coordinating external audits to ensure regulatory, customer and company standards are met Investigating non-conformances and driving corrective actions across customer, regulatory, and audit findings Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) Providing technical guidance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes Preparing QMS reviews, delivering quality training, and presenting key insights to stakeholders Building strong cross-functional relationships to support site-wide quality outcomes About you Tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline Experience in food quality, food safety, or auditing within a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of food regulations, HACCP, and Quality/Food Safety Management Systems Strong report writing and documentation skills, with a high level of accuracy Confident communicator, able to engage with teams across the business Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities We’ll support you with The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led company A competitive annual salary Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way Ability to participate in our Employee Share Ownership Program Product Discounts and other employee benefits Click Apply to submit your application.
