We are here to support children and families in their kindergarten years. Our aim is to provide a positive learning experience before children transition to school. Our service offers three large kindergarten rooms with lots of natural light. We also have a beautiful, purpose-built yard. This outdoor area is filled with lots of natural elements and structures. It has been designed to support children’s learning and development as they connect with nature. About the Role We are seeking a passionate Diploma Educator with 1-2years’ experience to join our team. You will support the Early Childhood Teacher and team to deliver a high-quality 3–5-year-old kindergarten program, contribute to planning and documentation, and help create meaningful learning opportunities for all children. Hours: 20.25 hours per week Monday: 8.15am – 2.00pm Wednesday: 8.15am – 2.00pm Thursday: 10.30am – 1.30pm Friday: 8.15am – 2.00pm What You’ll Bring Ability to support children’s overall learning, wellbeing, and development Experience supporting an ECT and team with program implementation Skills in developing play-based experiences for 3–5-year-old kindergarten children A positive, team-focused approach Ability to build respectful relationships with children and families from diverse backgrounds Motivation, commitment, and passion to deliver high quality education for children and families Well-developed organisational skills, including ability to manage own workload Essential Requirements Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Current Working with Children Check National Police Check no older than 6 months Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (highly regarded) Child protection mandatory training Child Safety – Geccko Training Sessional Kindergarten experience or experience working with kinder aged children Benefits Offered Paid school holidays; (on a pro rata basis) Professional development tailored to you.
