We are looking for an experienced grader / all-round mobile plant operator to join the team in site services (NOT PRODUCTION or CONSTRUCTION.) This is a critical operational role focusing on daily maintenance – grading of access roads, laydown areas and carparks. Managing the rubbish tip – push up waste, cover and compact, maintaining containment structures. Support maintenance teams with access preparation (clearing, leveling, trenching), maintain hardstand areas, storage yards, and fuel areas and various other ad hoc tasks that ensure the site and village infrastructure remain safe, functionable and compliant. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience operating civil mobile plant: Graders, excavators, loaders, skidsteer and dozers in a mining or site environment (GPS experience highly desirable) Experience with road maintenance, drainage, and general earthworks Ability to read and interpret basic plans and levels (advantageous) Strong understanding of safe work practices and site safety systems Good problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining site standards Qualifications & Tickets: Valid driver’s licence (HR desirable) National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Why Join Us?
