Your In-Home Rehab is a community allied health service established since 2018. This isn’t clinic work. It’s community rehab done properly – goal-driven, hands-on, and free from waitlists. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver community-based physiotherapy Manage a varied caseload including NDIS capacity building, aged care, post-surgical rehab, chronic musculoskeletal, neuro rehab, and complex care Conduct comprehensive assessments, manual therapy, and exercise prescription in the home environment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to goal-driven therapy plans Enjoy autonomy in structuring your week within service needs, supported by regular team meetings What You’ll Need Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy Full AHPRA registration Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience Confidence delivering therapy in the community Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle Interested in this position?
