About the opportunity This role acts as the primary contact for customers throughout their build journey, providing guidance, reassurance, and timely updates. More specifically, you will: • Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience • Help coordinate projects from pre‑construction through to completion. • Support customers with guidance, solutions, and reassurance throughout the build journey. • Collaborate with internal teams (Drafting, Estimating, MyChoice, Construction) to resolve issues and keep projects on track. • Escalate complex or high‑risk matters to leadership when required. • Provide contract support, including resolving discrepancies and managing variations. • Review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity before distribution. • Coordinate final inspections and occupation certificates while contributing to team updates and continuous improvement. About you You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: • Previous experience in a customer service role and a commitment to providing unbeatable customer experiences • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • High attention to detail when handling documents and information • Knowledge of councils and residential construction industry - highly desirable • Ability to read plans, contracts and basic estimating - highly desirable • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers and team members Interested?
