About the Role… You will be required to work in a fast paced high volume commercial kitchen across a variety of catering options. Your key focus will be contributing to an efficient, innovative and excellent dining experience for our members, guests and visitors Duties/responsibilities include: Working cooperatively in a team environment Daily preparation of food which may include any of our restaurants or special functions Displaying a Can Do attitude Maintaining respectful relationships with your colleagues . Contributing positively towards C.ex culture & goals Available to work nights , weekends and split shifts. Adherence to all C.ex standards, policies and procedures including compliance with WH&S and legal obligations Working closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to contribute to the design of new menus. Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. About you… To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: Personal Attributes/Qualities: Excellent Communications Skills Friendly & outgoing disposition Punctual & Reliable Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene Initiative, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision Team player Skills/experience Cert 3 or Cert 1V in Commercial Cookery. Demonstrated 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen About us… .
