We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast-Food Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service delivery. Skills required are Diploma in Management, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience plus hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of driving both operational excellence and business growth. Key Tasks include: • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery • Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent standards • Ensure compliance with Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations • Recruit, train, and supervise staff Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and development • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence • Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and product quality • Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets • Track sales performance, control expenses, and optimise profitability • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and operational data • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions • Identify opportunities to increase client footfall and brand visibility Salary : $77,000 to $85,000 plus super Location: Granville NSW Status: Full-time
