About the Role As a Retail Buyer at Hoppers Fresh, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing our fresh fruit and vegetable range to meet customer demand and support store performance. You will work closely with suppliers to secure quality produce at competitive prices, while ensuring strong availability, freshness, and profitability. This role requires strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to respond quickly to seasonal supply and market changes in a fast-paced retail environment.
