Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kyneton, VIC, for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist. The role involves providing evidence-based assessments and therapies, developing and delivering personalized intervention programs, and supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure client-centered practices. Responsibilities also include documentation, progress tracking, and participating in case conferences to ensure children reach their developmental goals. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in pediatric development and therapeutic approaches. Ability to develop customized assessment and intervention plans tailored to individual child and family needs. Effective communication skills to collaborate with families, educators, and team members in a multidisciplinary setting. Time management and organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation. Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy, with current registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate governing body. Commitment to ongoing professional development and familiarity with evidence-based practices. Previous experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays is highly desirable.
