As the Incident Response Team Leader, you will provide day‑to‑day crew leadership across incident response activities, ensuring fast, coordinated, and compliant outcomes across the Northern Assets Network. You will lead crews in live road and tunnel environments, setting the standard for safety, performance and professionalism. This role suits a leader who takes pride in their work, is confident managing a shift‑based workforce, and maintains a strong focus on workplace safety. About you Demonstrated experience leading incident response or civil maintenance crews, including work planning and public interface Availability to work rotating day and night shifts A strong sense of accountability, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes on time Minimum MR licence and current NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans (ITCP) accreditation, or ability to obtain Proven capability in planning, scheduling, and crew supervision A track record of building positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders What's on offer Night shift and weekend allowances On‑the‑job training and opportunities to upskill Work on one of Sydney's most critical motorway and tunnel networks, supporting assets that operate 24/7 Work with a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
