Keep one of Sydney's most critical motorways and tunnel networks safe, moving and operational 24/7. We are seeking Incident Response Crew Members to support operations across the Northern Assets network including North Connex & Lane Cove Tunnel and the M2 network. The primary duties of this role are to respond to disruptions and incidents on the network. You will be responsible for ensuring incidents are managed effectively and promptly to reduce disruptions to the road network and to improve the safety of responders and motorists, while also undertaking minor road maintenance activities as required. Key Requirements Minimum MR licence (HR desirable) and current NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans (ITCP) accreditation, or ability to obtain General Construction Induction Card (White Card) Availability for rotating day and night shifts Commitment to safe work practices and procedures Desirable Experience Previous experience in traffic control or incident response TMA Statement of Attainment & VOC Tow Truck Licence Familiarity with road maintenance operations Elevated Work Platform (EWP) What's on Offer Night shift and weekend allowances On‑the‑job training and opportunities to upskill Work on one of Sydney's most critical motorway and tunnel networks, supporting assets that operate 24/7 Work with a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
