Occupational Therapist Job Description Evolve Therapy is looking for an Occupational Therapist contractor to join our clinic in Shenton Park, commencing late May 2026. This is a flexible contractor opportunity suited to an OT seeking autonomy, competitive hourly rate ($100/hour inc Super), and a supportive team environment without the demands of a full-time role. Hours can be tailored to your availability, including part-time or school hours (e.g. 2–3 days per week). We offer the flexibility to shape your caseload based on your experience and clinical interests. The role primarily involves supporting adults across: One-off assessments (FCA, SIL, SDA) Ongoing therapy focused on daily living skills, independence, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and life skills A smaller component of the role may include: Prescribing non-complex assistive technology (e.g. recliners, beds) Minor home modifications (e.g. ramps, grab rails) The complexity of work can be tailored to your experience, with support available to build skills in new areas if desired.
