Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes. Manage budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Provide financial advice to key stakeholders, including school leadership teams. Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement. Assist with the preparation of reports for the Board and external stakeholders. Oversee and improve internal financial controls and processes. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations. Profile A recognised qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field. CA/CPA Qualification Highly Desirable Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
