The Role: We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Maidstone, supporting sales growth through strong customer relationship management, order coordination, and collaboration across departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, adaptable to change, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with the Sales team to win profitable business by managing customer relationships, quotations, tenders, contracts, and sales orders. Manage end-to-end customer orders, including contractual reviews, SAP processing, pricing, call-offs, blocked orders, complaints, credits, returns, and QA issues. Support export operations by managing documentation, customs requirements, and coordination with freight forwarders. Ensure service continuity by maintaining documented procedures and training backup resources when required. Maintain clear, timely, and efficient communication with customers on service offerings and performance standards. Proactively liaise with Commercial Managers and internal stakeholders to address customer needs and priorities. Utilize systems, tools, and processes effectively to meet defined KPIs and sales targets. Provide administrative and sales support while contributing to sales governance, internal controls, and commercial policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality and reduce waste. Uphold compliance, health and safety standards, and Prysmian brand values while contributing positively to team culture.
