About The Role - Capable ofmanaging the tender process from start to finish - Must be able to measure effectively - Ability to use Cubit effectively - Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors - Receive support from directors of the business Your Background - 4-5 years industry experience, in the commercial or Industrial spaces as a QS - Understand current rates and costs in the commercial environment - Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers - Eye for detail with take-offs etc - Have Cubit experience - Technical know-how to develop costings from various levels of documentation You will receive - Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience - Opportunity to work on your tenders autonomously - Salary up to $150,000 Package - Port Melbourne office location Company & Culture This commercial builder has built a strong list of clients through many successful projects over the last 10 years.
