Commercially focused firm providing top tier quality in a dynamic law firm Mainly managing residential conveyancing files some commercial conveyancing files. Conveyancing Paralegal experience is essential Supporting the Property department The role As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support 2 Partners of a dynamic mid tier law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Your duties include: Dealing with clients, first and final letters, on line searches, Following up on outstanding conditions Settlement statements, PEXA settlements and general file management duties. You will settle approximately 20-30 files a month and work alongside another Conveyancing Paralegal. Your experience You will have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing paralegal experience. You will also have outstanding communication skills and client service skills. The firm / Salary Dynamic law firm of 60 staff with top tier quality work and systems, plus a supportive team.
