This is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in business and administration while earning and learning on the job , gaining a nationally recognised qualification. No previous office experience is required — just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. What you’ll be doing As part of the team, you’ll learn how to: Answer and direct reception and telephone enquiries Assist with uniform fittings for volunteers Manage incoming and outgoing mail Perform general administration and data entry tasks Maintain records and support office systems Provide day‑to‑day support to staff and volunteers Develop professional communication and organisational skills You’ll gain practical, hands‑on experience every day while completing your Certificate III in Business with structured on‑the‑job support.
