The Roles: We have multiple hands-on Labouring opportunities available across Ballarat. These roles may involve working both indoors and outdoors and suit candidates who enjoy physical work and take pride in working safely and productively. The ideal candidate will have: Tickets such as White Card, Forklift, EWP, Truck Licence are highly regarded but not essential Confidence using a range of hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work Ability to carry out consistent manual labour Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Strong focus on workplace safety Please note: Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol test.
