The Role Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager with some exposure to managing commercial properties? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are offering a diverse, mixed portfolio of approximately 130 residential and 30 commercial properties, including a blend of retail and industrial assets. This is a great chance to broaden your experience while working across both sectors in a supportive environment. Manage a mixed portfolio of approx 130 residential properties & approx 30 Commercial properties Monday to Friday , 9:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays with time in lieu Strong leadership and hands-on support A collaborative, positive team environment Established processes and systems that make your job easier About You 2 years experience managing your own portfolio end-to-end Some experience managing a commercial portfolio (Retail and Industrial) Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) – essential Strong communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Proficient in PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express & ReLeased - would be great but not essential.
