ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a Warranty Specialist position working within a large service department. You will oversee all internal workshop / retail claims and work collaboratively with the group service manager. Responsible for compliance and ensuring the smooth and timely handling and processing of claims within guidelines. YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION; Processing and handling of all warranty claims and repairs Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately POC for Manufacturer and the Service Department Work with manufacturer to establish communication and warranty processes and procedures Providing highest level of customer service to Internal and External Stakeholders Meeting relevant KPIs WE ARE LOOKING FOR; Knowledge and experience with manufacturer warranty procedures An experienced Automotive Warranty Clerk - within a dealership setting Someone looking to move up to the next level in their career Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills A strong communicator who ensures everyone is kept well informed of status and processes How to APPLY - Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
