We are seeking Personal Care Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care in an aged care setting located near Yackandandah VIC . This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring professional who enjoys working in a flexible, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Assist in meal preparation and feeding. Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents. Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members. Ensure a compassionate, respectful, and patient approach in all care interactions.
