ConsultANZ is seeking a Marine Auto Electrician for a Western Australia-based company specialising in marine electrical systems and vessel fit-outs. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting onboard electrical and electronic systems, supporting safe and reliable vessel operations. Main Duties: Install, maintain, and repair 12V and 24V electrical systems on marine vessels. Carry out electrical fit-outs, upgrades, and modifications. Install and configure marine electronics (e.g. Navico, Simrad). Perform wiring, loom building, and component installation. Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and system testing. Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing. Assist with system commissioning and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare accurate service reports and job documentation. Work closely with team members and liaise professionally with clients. Requirements: Trade-qualified Auto Electrician. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in 12V/24V systems, wiring, and diagnostics. Marine experience and electronics knowledge (Navico, Simrad) advantageous. Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
