About the role This role supports Principals and their wider team in the General Insurance department where you will enjoy handling a wide variety of interesting matters, including personal injury and property damage. You will thrive on providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support in a fast-paced environment with a high work turnover and enjoy liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Duties Some of your responsibilities will include:- draft and amend legal documents, correspondence and court documents prepare briefs arrange meetings and appointments monthly billing and debtor management open and close electronic files (inc. conducting conflict checks) liaise with clients and other stakeholders general administrative tasks (e.g. photocopying, scanning, sorting mail) What's on offer On offer is an excellent salary package, hybrid work options and an attractive range of staff benefits such as employee wellbeing initiatives and staff discounts. Skills and experience The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in legal administration within a legal environment with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
