The Company You will be joining a growing, well-established remedial builder specialising in complex Class 2 residential projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of façade upgrades, waterproofing rectifications, and structural remediation works, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes for strata and developers Joining this company you will also be exposure to civil and infrastructure remediation projects. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing remedial construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, above average problem solving skills, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of Class 2 remedial projects (typically $1M–$10M) Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Oversee programming, procurement, and cost control Ensure compliance with NSW building regulations and QA systems Manage client relationships, particularly with strata managers and consultants Identify and mitigate project risks Drive safety culture across all sites About You Proven experience as a Project Manager in remedial or façade construction Strong understanding of Class 2 building requirements in NSW Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, façade remediation, or structural strengthening Solid commercial and contractual knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously What’s on Offer Join a respected remedial contractor with a strong reputation Diverse and technically challenging projects that are not just in the class two sector ( civil and infrastructure) Supportive team culture with real career progression Ability to take ownership of your projects Long-term pipeline of secured work across Sydney Leading Salary that will be between $180K – $200K If you’re looking to step into a role where you can genuinely own your projects and work on complex remedial challenges, we’d like to hear from you.
