Core Talent is a specialist recruitment consultancy covering Engineering, Rail, Mining, Construction, and Manufacturing across Australia, and we are currently seeking an experienced HSEQ Business Partner to join a well-established industrial and electrical services organisation based in Perth. This is a permanent opportunity suited to a HSEQ professional with a strong focus on systems, ISO compliance, and auditing. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager and broader leadership team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining certifications, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the business’s integrated management system. Key Responsibilities Lead and support internal and external ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Maintain and improve the integrated management system and document control processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HSEQ systems and performance Facilitate incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are captured and closed out Manage and maintain risk registers, SOPs, and operational risk assessments Support tender submissions and ensure HSEQ compliance across contracts and client requirements Monitor HSEQ performance, analyse trends, and provide data-driven insights to leadership Prepare and deliver safety communications, training, and awareness initiatives Coordinate HSQE meetings, management reviews, and reporting outputs Lead audit schedules and support the business through certification and re-certification processes Oversee injury management and return-to-work processes About You Minimum Cert IV in WHS (or equivalent) Proven experience in a similar HSEQ/HSQE Business Partner or Systems-focused role Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards Demonstrated experience leading audits and maintaining certifications Solid understanding of HSEQ systems, document control, and compliance frameworks Experience within construction, manufacturing, industrial or electrical services environments Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders across multiple business units Exposure to systems such as Skytrust is advantageous What’s on Offer Perth-based role (Henderson), with exposure to multiple business units Opportunity to step into a business-critical, systems-focused HSEQ position Work closely with an experienced HSEQ Manager and national team Apply directly below or reach out to Aisling Boland for more information at aisling.boland@coretalent.com.au or 0451 444 363 .
