Job Description We’re seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic SMGB Finance team , supporting the nationally recognised Smokemart & GiftBox business. Reporting to the SMGB Finance Manager , this role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders to influence outcomes and drive performance. In this role, you’ll work alongside the SMGB leadership team , delivering high‑quality financial analysis, insights, and reporting to support decision‑making across a multi‑site retail network and wholesale distribution business . You’ll have exposure to both strategic and operational finance, playing a key role in identifying opportunities, managing risks, and improving commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the SMGB management team to provide financial insights and performance analysis. Prepare and maintain cashflow and working capital forecasts. Produce accurate financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making. Support continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting Support the month-end close process, including variance analysis and commentary
