Job Description This is a new key role within Ramsay’s Real Estate and Facilities division, providing commercial and financial leadership across a large and complex national portfolio. As Senior Analyst – Commercial & Performance, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling, analysis and performance insight. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Property, Engineering, Facilities Management and Projects to evaluate investments, optimise portfolio performance, and ensure strong financial discipline across the division. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded analyst to step into a high-impact role with broad exposure to leasing, capital transactions and portfolio strategy. What You’ll Do In this role, you will provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support investment decisions, portfolio optimisation and performance management. Key accountabilities include: Develop and maintain financial models for leasing and licensing arrangements, including scenario analysis. Lead financial modelling and analysis for capital transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and major investments. Provide insight into portfolio performance, including revenue, cost and return metrics. Oversee opex (R&M) and capex budgets, including tracking, variance analysis and reforecasting. Lead the development of business cases for capital programs and investment initiatives. Support business case development for asset transactions and portfolio optimisation opportunities. Provide commercial input into portfolio strategy, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs and optimise capital allocation. Develop and standardise financial reporting frameworks across the portfolio. Partner with Property, Engineering, FM and Projects teams to embed commercial discipline across all activities. What You’ll Bring You are a commercially focused analyst with strong financial modelling capability and experience working across complex portfolios or asset environments. Key skills and experience include: Strong experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis, ideally within property, infrastructure or asset-heavy environments. Experience evaluating capital investments, leasing arrangements or asset transactions. Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting and forecasting. Proven ability to develop business cases and investment analysis. Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner across operational and project teams. Commercial mindset with a focus on value creation, cost optimisation and performance improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and manage competing priorities.
