Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our JAS team. We’re looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager who enjoys winning new business while building long‑term partnerships to take ownership of our Laverton network. This isn't just a standard rep role; Laverton is the hub of the Western Transport Corridor. You will be managing and aggressively expanding a high-value territory heavily focused on heavy transport fleets, industrial equipment, and major auto-electrical workshops. What you’ll do Take full ownership of the Laverton territory, driving top-line sales and managing profitability across a diverse B2B customer base. Hunt and convert new business opportunities, specifically targeting heavy transport, earthmoving, and commercial fleet accounts. Build bulletproof relationships with workshop owners, auto electricians, and procurement managers. Prepare accurate, margin-conscious quotes and negotiate effectively to close deals. Maintain a tight, accurate sales pipeline and utilize our CRM to identify account growth opportunities. Actively take market share from competitors by positioning JAS as the premium partner for reliability and technical expertise.
