Urgent requirement of IS Retail Functional Consultant - Contract - Sydney Requirements Key Responsibilities : Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead retail application implementation and support activities. Work on retail business processes including: Merchandising, Inventory Management Pricing & Promotions, Point of Sale (POS) Order Management, Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Omnichannel Retail Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations. Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRD, user stories, and process flows. Coordinate with technical and integration teams during implementation. Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment. Provide post-production support and issue resolution. Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams in agile delivery environments. Ensure compliance with Australian retail business standards and operational processes. Required Experience : 6 years of experience in Retail Functional Consulting Experience working with large retail enterprises Exposure to end-to-end implementation/support projects Experience with Australian or APAC retail clients preferred Strong stakeholder and client management experience Technical Skills : SAP IS-Retail / Oracle Retail / Manhattan / JDA / Blue Yonder (depending on project) SQL basics and data analysis Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow API/integration understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies Duration: 06 Months and possible extension Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only Email: jobs@hasthasolutions.com ,
