About the Role As a casual team member, you’ll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You’ll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Keep food areas clean, organised, and well-stocked Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms Help with end-of-day cleaning and pack down procedures. Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly Support new team members with training and encouragement Live and breathe our brand values: fresh food, positive vibes, and making a global impact What We’re Looking For Previous experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus On-the-job training will be provided for the right attitude!
