About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth, positive interactions. Your day will include: Responding to incoming calls and assisting with customer account enquiries Making outbound calls as required to follow up on customer matters Managing and responding to email enquiries Coordinating service connections and disconnections Processing customer payments Liaising with billing and debt collection teams to resolve issues Supporting customers in accessing financial assistance programs About You You’re someone who brings professionalism, clarity and warmth to every interaction. You will also have: Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate MS Excel skills A proactive attitude and a commitment to reliability and punctuality A preference for casual workplace environments where teamwork matters Private transport is recommended for this location, with both on‑street and on‑site parking available.
