Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include: Manage end‑to‑end fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Maintain payroll systems, reporting, audits, and all statutory obligations including PAYG, super, STP, and EOFY. Provide expert payroll advice, handle complex calculations, and respond to employee queries. Drive process improvements and support system or legislative changes impacting payroll. Support and guide junior payroll staff through coaching and knowledge sharing. Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external providers, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Profile The successful candidate will have: Minimum 5 years of payroll experience Strong knowledge of Aus Legislation & Compliance Aged care industry experience a bonus! Tech savvy and ability to pick up payroll systems quickly Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
