About the Role We are currently seeing to appoint an Assistant Content Designer who willbe responsible forthe design and coordination of customer communications to ensure service delivery outcomes are achieved. We support flexible working practices with staff working remotely during this time. In this role you will: Coordinate and support with notification templates, rules and artefacts to ensure customer communications comply with standards, frameworks and external communication guidelines Maintain notifications/ customer content processes, user stories and business rules for the development of customer notifications to ensure optimal service delivery Support suppliers to ensure key performance indicators and agreed targets are met About you You will be a critical part of ensuring that every NSW citizen can have a positive experience accessing the services we provide. You enjoy research and understand the importance of gathering and analysing data to develop user friendly content and accessibility.
