This is a Senior HSE Advisor role with UGL based in Longford, VIC, AU UGL Role Seniority - senior More about the Senior HSE Advisor role at UGL UGL’s Fuels & Energy line of business has secured a contract with a major oil and gas distributor for landmark decommissioning projects of their offshore platforms. The Role This role is worksite-based on an Offshore Oil & Gas Platform and provides tactical operational HSE support and subject matter expertise to the site-based leadership and work teams around risks involving rigging, scaffolding, rope and welding works. As a Casual HSE Advisor, you will cover staff leave on a rotating shift working in tandem with an opposite shift HSE Advisors. Roster: 2 weeks offshore Hours: 12-hour days, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster Duration: 6 months Responsibilities Provide technical advice on HSE systems, processes, standards, legislative requirements, and risk management principles to all levels of personnel within the project. Use the One HSE Culture Program to build HSE capability in Site/Project Teams and embed continuous improvement principles to optimize HSE outcomes. Maintain and report on monthly safety performance statistics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
