No chasing work and no guesswork. With a steady stream of vehicles coming through, you’ll be working across servicing, repairs and diagnostics, managing your time and maintaining the quality of your work. The environment is structured and organised, allowing you to move through your day without the usual delays and frustrations. By the end of the day, it’s about completing your work to a high standard and contributing to a workshop that runs the way it should. About You You take pride in your workmanship and how you approach your day. You are reliable, focused and able to work efficiently in a structured, fast paced environment. You do not need to be chased, and you take ownership of your jobs from start to finish. If you have worked as an Automotive Technician in a dealership environment, you will understand what this role demands and will be highly regarded. Experience with Toyota is a bonus, but not essential. To be successful in this role, a recognised Light Vehicle Mechanical qualification is essential. This includes an Australian qualification or an overseas qualification with a completed skills assessment confirming equivalency to Australian standards. You will hold a current and valid driver’s licence. Note: Applications from candidates currently studying without a completed qualification will not be considered.
