Job Description As our Head of Global Integrated Operations, you’ll lead and evolve NEXTDC’s 24/7 Global Integrated Operations Centre (GIOC), ensuring consistent incident management, operational oversight and communication throughout our organisation and customers. You will play a key role in aligning operational teams, improving data visibility and driving strategic initiatives that support our growth and customer commitments. Key responsibilities include: Leading the 24/7 GIOC to ensure operational visibility and accountability across the business Driving continuous service improvement and operational excellence across global teams Overseeing incident, issue and action management to ensure consistency, tracking and resolution Delivering operational reporting and KPI monitoring aligned to customer and internal SLAs Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives across NEXTDC in partnership with executive leadership Enhancing operational transparency through integrated data systems and reporting tools Facilitating cross functional collaboration and communication across global teams Supporting global budget planning and operational forecasting models.
