Food & Beverage Attendant – Key Responsibilities Support daily operations with supervisors and the F&B Manager Set up, clean, and pack down service areas to required standards Deliver quality service in both restaurant and function environments Prepare and serve beverages, maintaining bar areas and equipment Monitor food quality and presentation Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally Barista – Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso drinks Operate commercial machines and maintain a clean, organised station Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times Maintain stock levels and follow hygiene standards Provide friendly and responsive service, adapting to guest preferences What You’ll Need to Succeed Previous hospitality experience (F&B or barista) Familiarity with banquet service and set-up (F&B) Excellent communication and personal presentation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Food safety and hygiene knowledge Ability to multitask under pressure A positive, customer-focused attitude Valid RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one Recent Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) Must have, or be willing to obtain, your own uniform: black business-style pants, a long-sleeved black collared business shirt, and black leather-look shoes.
