Description What will you be doing? Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams. Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors The role is focussed on managing fire service technicians carrying out repairs Skills And Experiences What do we need? Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with financial responsibility for a service department Strong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage Expertise in using an Enterprise system Ideally with some QBCC Nominee Supervisor accreditation What will we give you?
