Spanning approximately 15 acres, Glengollan has 147 independent living units, as well as a 90 bed residential aged care facility. Our mission is to provide excellence in care, wellness, lifestyle and housing options in a supportive & connected, homelike community. The facility is close to Ferntree Gully and Boronia Railway Stations and has bus stops directly outside the property. We are currently seeking qualified and dedicated Permanent Part Time Personal Care Workers who are interested in picking up morning, afternoon and night duty shifts at our facility. About the role Reporting to the Registered Nurse on duty you will be responsible for; Promoting resident independence, dignity, and choice Communicating effectively with residents, families, and health professionals Ensuring care is person-centred and delivered to a high standard and in line with care plans. Ensuring all documentation and work logs are fully completed to a high standard.
