In the absence of Heads of Department, you’re the decision-maker, keeping things moving, resolving issues, and holding the standard.You’ll oversee and audit the daily activities of Front Office and Food & Beverage, ensuring operations stay true to our standards and policies. Your night audit reports are timely, accurate and support the decisions being made the next morning.You’ll record and address guest feedback with genuine care, resolving any issues promptly while always protecting guest security and privacy.
