In the absence of Heads of Department, you’re the decision-maker, keeping things moving, resolving issues, and holding the standard.You’ll oversee and audit the daily activities of Front Office and Food & Beverage, ensuring operations stay true to our standards and policies. Your night audit reports are timely, accurate and support the decisions being made the next morning.You’ll record and address guest feedback with genuine care, resolving any issues promptly while always protecting guest security and privacy. You don’t just fix problems - you turn moments around.You’ll play an active role in achieving the hotel’s targets and objectives, consistently upholding brand standards and feeding into the financial and yield reporting that keeps strategy on track.About youYou’re someone who enjoys hospitality and knows how to make people feel welcome - no matter the hour.
