Key responsibilities:Lead the daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless serviceDeliver exceptional, personalised guest experiencesLead, coach and inspire a high-performing teamManage rostering, payroll and labour within budgetOwn the Front Office profit & loss performanceDrive revenue through upselling and commercial initiativesAbout You:2 years proven 5-star experience in a lifestyle, boutique, or luxury hotel environmentExperience leading, developing and mentoring, high performing teams.
